- promotional material

This may include approved visuals such as:

- published campaign creatives
If a client requires confidentiality, the same must be communicated and agreed in writing before project publication.
This is your biggest legal protection for showcasing work.
6. No Guaranteed Results ⭐
While Workybee strives to provide high-quality strategic design and creative services, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to:
- sales
- leads
- traffic growth
- SEO rankings
- app downloads
- conversion rates
- business revenue
Any performance depends on multiple external factors beyond design and content.
This protects you financially and reputation-wise.
7. Payments & Project Initiation
Projects commence only after mutual confirmation of scope and agreed payment terms.
Advance payments, retainers, milestone payments, or other commercial terms will be communicated separately.
Detailed refund and cancellation terms are governed by the Refund Policy.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Workybee may work with third-party platforms and tools such as:

All original designs, systems, layouts, and creative outputs remain the intellectual property of Workybee until full agreed payment is completed, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Upon completion and payment, ownership transfer terms shall be governed by the project agreement.

Workybee Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, reputational, or business losses arising from the use of this website or services.
